Dr. Bickle created the BALM from a desire to do better for our planet and it's inhabitants - humans and animals alike. Her love for animals pushed her to become vegan, and her desire to protect this beautiful planet we live on has led her to seek out environmentally friendly options for as many products that she uses in her daily life as possible. Realizing that there was not an environmentally favorable, cruelty free option for one of the most commonly used skin care products, she decided to create her own.
And this we welcome The BALM - Born from the belief that effective skin care can be clean & conscientious. Dr Bickle's approach to creating the BALM mirrors her approach to practicing medicine - thoughtful, personalized & rooted in science without sacrificing soul.
